HTC has come out with its new list of mobile phones at the recent Mobile World Congress 2011 held at Barcelona and HTC Desire S was one of the impressive model among the list. This phone is the successor to the popular HTC Desire model and comes in stylish looking design.
HTC Desire S runs on Android OS and is powered by 1GHz of Snapdragon MSM8225 processor which is capable of delivering good performance level. There is wide 3.7 inches of WVGA multi touch display in the phone that supports 480 X 800 pixel resolution.
For providing unlimited entertainment even on the go the phone comes packed with wide array of interesting multimedia options including 5 MP rear camera with AF and dual LED flash, 1.3 MP front camera for video recording, multi format music player and video player.
The connectivity features of the phone include Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, WiFi, microUSB and 3.5mm audio jack. Additional specifications of HTC Desire S include microSD card slot for memory expansion, GPS navigation, G Sensor, Proximity sensor, digital compass, ambient light sensor, 1450 mAh battery and others.
